Does your dog have a weight problem or are you unable to exercise your dog for any reason? I can help with regular or casual walking, whichever you and your dog needs. Do you only need your dog walked when you go away on work trips? I can offer security and peace of mind while you go on short or longer trips with my minding service or in-house boarding. About Us
Hello, my name is Michelle and as the owner/operator of Bark Around The Block I want your pets to have the very best in their walking and minding experience. My promise to you is that your pets will always have fun and feel safe in my care.
I have many years experience training and caring for my own and my clients dogs (and cats), I regularly renew my animal first aid training, as well as being lucky to have a family vet on call. I am also a qualified dog trainer with The Gentle Dog Trainers Association at Kintala and have spent some of my time as a volunteer in the Kennels of RSPCA, Burwood.
Before I walk your dog I will come to your home for a complementary consult and talk about your dogs needs and fill in a basic information sheet confirming any issues and expectations for your pet. Your dog will only be walked off lead with your written permission and I will leave a visit cardevery time I walk your dog with any pertinent information on it.
